A continental breakfast will be offered from 9 to 9:30 a.m. and snacks will be available throughout the event.

The showcase will feature exercise and nutrition education; community resource exhibitors; free screenings, including blood pressure, hearing health, body composition and more;
wellness activities, including interactive fitness demonstrations; pickleball instruction and games; prizes and giveaways; and chair massage.

According to the YMCA, one in five people age 65 and older are eligible for a free YMCA membership. Seniors in the area are encouraged to bring their insurance card to the YMCA to find out if they are eligible.
